Emergency Roof Leak and Flue Repair in Broadford
A Broadford homeowner contacted us after finding water inside the home. They suspected the leak was coming from the roof flue. We booked a site visit to inspect the roof and confirm the cause.
Roof Inspection and Diagnosis of Damaged Flue and Roof Sheet
We carried out an in-person roof inspection. The flue penetration showed failed sealant and the surrounding roof sheet was compromised. Water was tracking in during rain. We explained the findings, talked through the fix, and provided a clear quote before starting.
